- Bachelors degree or equivalent
- 4+ years' experience working with large global organizations as a Digital Supply Chain Manager, or similar roles such as Program Manager, Vendor Management, In stock Management etc.
- Experience managing projects with cross-functional teams in a global setting, building sustainable processes
- Experience using SQL, Quicksight, and/or Excel to analyze data, develop insights, and establish key performance indicators
- Experience driving continuous improvement projects

We are searching for a Digital Program Manager who can lead a strategic improvement program, be passionate about processes and innovation, and navigate in a complex environment with both business and technical aspects. This role demands a high capacity to Learn and Be Curious, Invent and Simplify, Bias for Action, and Deliver Results as we need to be continually adapting to the fast-moving environment and push to drive efficiency and simplification for global customers.

Key job responsibilities
- Own and support global cross-team coordination, project management, and be able to swiftly prioritize and multi task based on severity level and strong business judgement
- Be the subject matter expert of your assigned program
- Define program value propositions, advantages, and limitations
- Develop Key Performance Indicators to Identify and investigate data to isolate issues, develop solutions, and drive continuous process improvements
- Be a creative problem solver who always thinks critically about next steps
- Possess flexibility and have a track record of delivering results in a fast-paced and highly ambiguous work environment
- Experience managing end-to-end localization of various video and audio to multiple languages, machine translation post-editing, and evaluation of the quality of translations
- Understanding and familiarity of component based packages such as MDDF (MovieLabs Digital Distribution Framework), including identification of content using EIDR (Entertainment ID Registry), delivery of content metadata using MEC (Media Entertainment Core Metadata) and MMC (Media Manifest Core), and delivery of availability metadata using EMA Avails
- Advanced ability to draw insights from data and clearly communicate them (verbal/written) to the stakeholders and executives as required
- Experience delivering programs of medium to high complexity and coordinating the development cycle
- Experience managing, analyzing, presenting, and communicating relevant results to senior management
- Impactful verbal and written communication skills with diverse audiences
- Be self-driven, and show ability to deliver on ambiguous projects with incomplete or imperfect data
- Able to think creatively, deal with ambiguity, and manage changing and competing priorities

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $72,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $154,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
