Clearly Local is seeking to add a new project manager for our Customer Success team.
The project manager is responsible for the day-to-day project execution, working closely with the team members from different teams such as Customer Success, Solution & Architecture, Language & Resource, Sales & Marketing, Quality Assurance, and Finance. The project manager is also the primary client contact and a key to establishing and maintaining a long-lasting relationship with clients.
Responsibilities
- Manage client requests and digest the instructions
- Serve as a liaison between clients and operation teams
- Lead the project analysis process and submit quotes and schedules to clients
- Share the requirements with the team members and ensure the proper implementation
- Track project schedule, ensure quality delivery, and control the budget
- Prepare account proposals and reports for clients
- Collect clients’ feedback and evaluate clients’ expectation
- Lead meetings with clients for project and proposal reviews
- Hold internal meetings for workflow optimization and problem-solving
- Work with Language & Resources team for the delivery quality management and resource allocation adjustment
- Supports Sales & Marketing team to work on new initiatives
Desired Experience and Skills
- Previous experience in the localization industry
- Great communication skills, both spoken and written in English
