Key Responsibilities
1、Strategy & Operations Leadership
- Formulate and execute business strategies for Australia, aligning local market positioning, product portfolio, and channel development with global objectives
- Oversee P&L (Profit & Loss) and ROI (Return on Investment) performance, setting and achieving aggressive financial targets
- Lead annual business planning and budgeting processes, ensuring alignment with corporate goals

- Establish strategic partnerships with headquarters departments (R&D, Marketing, Supply Chain) to optimize resource allocation
- Drive localization of global product launches while maintaining brand consistency

Requirements
1、Professional Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Proven experience in leading Australian market operations (Experience in local or multinational enterprises is essential)
2、Experience & Expertise
- Minimum 8 years of leadership experience with at least 5 years in Australia-based general management roles
- Demonstrated success in market entry/new market development preferred
- Deep understanding of French business practices, consumer behavior, and cultural nuances
