Role Overview:
We are seeking a Vice President of Operations to drive organizational scale, cross-functional alignment, and operational excellence. This role will oversee critical operational areas—spanning product delivery, real estate workflows, customer experience, and internal enablement.
You’ll work closely with leadership to design scalable systems, optimize processes across functions, and ensure operational readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operational Strategy & Leadership
- Define and execute Smart Bricks’ end-to-end operations strategy, aligning with business goals and growth targets.
- Build and manage a high-performing operations team across real estate, platform delivery, and customer functions.
2. Process Design & Optimization
- Design and implement repeatable, scalable processes across sales, onboarding, support, and brokerage operations.
- Use data and KPIs to identify bottlenecks, improve efficiency, and enhance the customer and agent experience.
3. Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with product, marketing, and sales to ensure smooth go-to-market execution and platform delivery.
- Create feedback loops between customer-facing teams and tech teams to accelerate feature development and bug resolution.
4. Quality, Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure operational processes comply with real estate regulations and data protection laws in multiple jurisdictions.
- Implement systems for performance monitoring, risk management, and quality assurance across workflows.
5. Growth Enablement & Expansion Readiness
- Build operational playbooks for new market entry, including localization, staffing, and regional processes.
- Oversee implementation of internal systems and tools (CRM, project management, customer success platforms) to support scale.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 8+ years of experience in operations, strategy, or business scaling in a tech, PropTech, or real estate environment.
- Proven success in building scalable operations across sales, customer support, product delivery, and compliance.
- Deep knowledge of operational frameworks, SaaS tools, and KPI-driven process design.
- Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills with a bias toward execution.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience working in high-growth startups or marketplaces is a strong advantage.
