About This Role
Think Academy U.S. is seeking a Localization Intern with excellent organizational skills and has a strong sense of responsibility. The role is designed for current students and recent graduates who are passionate in education and have the drive to grow into a future leader in education industry. This role will give you the chance to participate in Think Academy's business functions including user growth and operations.
As a Localization Intern at Think Academy, your responsibilities include:
- Serving as a bridge between Think Academy and local families by understanding parent and student needs
- Representing community voices internally by collecting feedback from enrolled families to support long-term retention
- Customizing course communication, guides, and onboarding content for local audiences
- Adapting the design and language of marketing content, landing pages, and event materials to ensure they resonate with local parents and reflect their cultural context
- Organizing learning events (e.g., placement tests, parent workshops, webinars) to drive community engagement and referrals
- Collaborating with marketing, curriculum, and product teams to improve the overall experience for local users
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree or current undergraduate enrollment required
- Fluency in Korean and English (speaking, reading, and writing) is essential
- Previous designing or teaching experience is a plus
- Passionate about the education industry, and has the strong will to motivate and inspire students; must be patient and empathetic with working with students
- Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
- A team player that is able to collaborate effectively with other teachers and staff
