We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Manual Localization & Team Admin Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll ensure the timely and accurate review of Owner’s Manuals by coordinating with HQ, managing review schedules, and resolving any operational or system-related issues. You'll also support the production of Technical Data Manuals through translation coordination, print management, inventory tracking, and cost settlement, while providing essential administrative support for smooth team operations. Owner’s Manual Review & Schedule Management
- Communicate with HQ to align on Owner’s Manual review timelines and deliverables
- Coordinate internal review processes and ensure deadlines are met
- Check reviewed content for accuracy, consistency, and localization quality
- Follow up on system-related issues affecting the review process
- Provide feedback or clarification to HQ when local context or terminology adjustments are needed
Technical Data Manual Production Support
- Coordinate translation processes with external vendors
- Follow up on print production to ensure timely delivery and quality control
- Track and manage inventory of printed manuals to maintain appropriate stock levels
- Verify certification-related technical data for accuracy and compliance
- Handle cost settlement processes related to production and distribution
Team admin Support
- Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth team operations
- Assist with scheduling, document handling, and coordination tasks as needed
- Support ad-hoc team requests, including preparation of internal materials or communication
Qualifications
Education
Enrolled in or graduated from a 4-year university with a major in German language (required)
Experience
Experience of living in Germany & Previous experience in German translation preferred
Internship or prior work experience in a corporate environment preferred
Specific knowledge
Excellent German skills, Good English skills
Excellent MS office skills(Excel/PowerPoint)
Proficient in Korean writing, with strong grammar, spelling, and sentence composition skills
Basic knowledge of automobile
