Role Overview:
As a Localization Project Manager at GloZ, you will oversee the planning, execution, and management of multilingual content localization projects for global clients. You will be responsible for managing the overall timeline, budget, and quality across projects, leading both internal teams and external resources to ensure high-quality deliveries.
Beyond coordination, you will take on a leadership role that includes project strategy, risk management, and client communication. You’ll work closely with coordinators and quality specialists to drive optimal project outcomes.

[Key Responsibilities]
Project Management & Operations
- Manage end-to-end localization projects across OTT, gaming, webtoon, marketing, and e-learning content
- Establish and manage project schedules and budgets
- Assign resources and handle risk management
- Monitor project KPIs and report internally
- Maintain trackers, oversee deadlines across translation, QC, and delivery stages
- Coordinate with external vendors (DTPers, reviewers, transcribers, voice talents, etc.)
Communication
- Check freelancer availability and assign projects
- Follow up on deadlines and track progress
- Address freelancer queries and escalate internally as needed
- Communicate regularly with global clients
- Coordinate estimates and delivery schedules
- Manage feedback and develop response strategies based on client requirements
File Preparation & Delivery
- Prepare project files (e.g., extract text, create TR sheets, glossary/KNP setup)
- Upload/download files from client platforms and organize folders
- Deliver final files to clients or designated platforms
Quality Management Support
- Analyze quality data and propose improvements
- Manage and update client style guides and glossaries
- Identify and propose solutions for recurring issues or workflow bottlenecks
Internal Collaboration & Support
- Participate in team meetings and propose workflow improvements
- Collaborate with project coordinators, QA specialists, and training teams
- Use tools such as Memsource, MemoQ, Airtable, Dropbox, and Google Drive
- Provide feedback to improve GloZ’s internal platforms and tools
[Required Qualifications]
- 2–5 years of experience in localization project management or related field
- Fluency in Korean and English (must be able to communicate with global clients)
- Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines concurrently
- Strong sense of responsibility and self-driven attitude
[Preferred Qualifications]
- Excellent communication skills (in both Korean and English)
- Proficiency in additional languages is a plus
- Interest in localization, media content, or project management
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
- Experience with CAT tools (MemoQ, Memsource) is a plus
