Position: Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Establish comprehensive brand marketing strategies and oversee the execution of annual marketing plans.
- Integrated Marketing: Lead and manage end-to-end Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) campaigns encompassing both ATL and BTL channels.
- Global Localization: Collaborate closely with Global HQ to adapt and localize international campaigns for the Korean market.
- Omni-channel Marketing: Operate marketing programs linked across retail stores, e-commerce platforms, and digital channels.
- Event Management: Plan and oversee on-site operations for brand events, including new product launches and store openings.
- Communication Management: Manage the overall scope of digital marketing, social media, influencer partnerships, media relations, and PR activities.
Qualifications
- Professional Experience: Extensive hands-on experience in brand marketing (minimum 9 years).
- Strategic Execution: Proven track record of leading integrated marketing strategies from initial planning to final execution.
- English Proficiency: Business-level English communication skills to facilitate seamless collaboration with global organizations.
- Collaborative Leadership: Strong interpersonal skills to lead cooperation between internal departments and external partners.
- Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage complex schedules and multiple projects systematically.
Preferred Requirements
- Experience in marketing for global consumer goods, specifically within the Fashion, Watch, or Beauty industries.
- Direct experience collaborating with overseas headquarters or on global-scale campaigns.
- Proven experience in digital-centric or e-commerce-linked marketing projects.
