About the Role
We are seeking experienced ESL Instructors to lead workplace-based English classes for adult learners in manufacturing, community, and corporate settings. This role focuses on real-world communication skills—especially safety, job instructions, and team interactions—by integrating general English with company-specific vocabulary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver in-person ESL classes (1.5–2 hours per session, 1–3 times per week)
- Customize instruction using provided materials and industry-specific language
- Conduct entry, mid-program, and exit assessments
- Track attendance weekly and submit monthly progress reports
- Adapt lessons to varying proficiency levels
Qualifications:
- Required: Experience teaching adult ESL learners, strong communication skills, cultural awareness, and ability to teach day/evening sessions
- Preferred: TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, or ESL Endorsement; workplace-based ESL experience
Additional Details:
- Programs start within 2–8 weeks
- Course duration: 16–20 weeks (potential ongoing)
- Classes delivered at client sites in Evansville & surrounding areas
