Manage the Workday- Advanced Compensation implementation project with limited supervision, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives are met. This role involves driving delivery within the team, creating long- and short-term plans, setting milestones, allocating resources, and delegating tasks effectively. You will engage with stakeholders to ensure deliverables are met and decisions are made to progress projects, while managing dependencies across tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Ownership: Lead all aspects of projects to deliver approved business functionality to the Company.
Planning & Execution: Define and execute project scope, approach, assumptions, dependencies, risks, and budget.
Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with all stakeholders and dependent projects to develop detailed schedules.
Lifecycle Management: Handle change requests, issue management, risk management, and status reporting.
Budget Oversight: Manage project budgets, including purchases, contracts, monthly spend, and resource forecasting.
Vendor Management: Facilitate purchase requisitions and onboard third-party resources.
Risk & Issue Resolution: Address low-risk issues or scope changes; escalate higher risks to senior team members.
Communication: Occasionally develop and deliver presentations to stakeholders.
Methodology Application: Apply or adapt techniques and methodologies to solve project-related challenges.
Essential Requirement:
- Project Management Experience: 7-10 Years.
- Workday Expertise: Deep knowledge of Workday Advanced Compensation, with emphasis on global implementation.
- Global Scope: Implement advanced compensation for annual merit and bonus processes across ~15 countries.
- Localization: Establish compensation statements in local languages (approx. 5 languages).
- Cross-Cultural Coordination: Ensure compliance and consistency across multiple regions and languages.
