Role Purpose:
Lead the operational implementation of the Translation Services Strategy from inception, ensuring seamless execution and long-term operational ownership. Additionally, manage the overall Elevate Program for Professional Services & Labor Services, driving successful delivery of sub-workstreams and maintaining program governance.
Key Responsibilities:
Translation Services Strategy
Act as the functional lead for operational implementation.
Own translation services operations post-implementation, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align operational processes with strategic objectives.
Elevate Program Management
Oversee planning, execution, and monitoring of Elevate program initiatives.
Manage multiple sub-workstreams under Professional Services & Labor Services.
Maintain project timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation plans.
Drive stakeholder engagement and ensure alignment across global teams.
Governance & Reporting
Develop and maintain program dashboards and status reports.
Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices.
Facilitate regular steering committee updates and decision-making forums.
Required Experience:
Project Management Expertise
5+ years in project/program management within global organizations.
Proven track record of managing complex, multi-workstream programs.
Functional Knowledge
Experience in operational implementation of service strategies (preferably translation/localization services).
Familiarity with Professional Services & Labor Services procurement processes.
Technical & Analytical Skills
Strong understanding of workflow automation, vendor management systems, and operational KPIs.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar).
Familiarity with regulated/medical companies’ quality requirements (QMS)
