As a Localization Producer, you are the champion of Blizzard’s localized products. You continually elevate standards by establishing industry‑leading processes and quality while collaborating with product creators and localization operations teams worldwide.

This role is anticipated to be a hybrid position, with some work on‑site and some work‑from‑home. The home studio for this role is Irvine, CA.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with content creators, marketing, legal, engineering, and other stakeholders to provide consultation and support for their localization needs.
- Communicate effectively with both localization and non‑localization audiences, taking multicultural differences into account and adapting to diverse stakeholders.
- Manage multiple localization projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, high quality, and adherence to budget constraints.
- Plan and manage localization schedules; collaborate with other Localization Producers and/or external partners to define requirements and manage timelines.
- Design and implement efficient, scalable end‑to‑end localization frameworks for multiple products and diverse content types.
- Drive innovation by analyzing workflow and tooling pain points, providing recommendations, and developing scalable solutions.
- Make independent decisions while assessing risks and working effectively under pressure, ambiguity, and aggressive deadlines.
- Monitor localization service quality and ensure continuous process improvement by internal teams or vendors.
- Anticipate risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in localization, preferably as a Localization Producer or Project Manager within the gaming or software industry.
- In‑depth understanding of end‑to‑end localization processes for websites, digital media, and software products.
- Experience with audiovisual localization workflows, including subtitling and localized VO.
- Experience with localization platforms, file formats, and CAT tools for translation workflow management and/or automation.
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to develop strong, productive relationships with external partners, managers, and peers.
- Hands‑on experience with project setup, assignment, and tracking within a TMS for large projects.
- Proven project management skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent projects and effectively prioritize.

- Experience working with Digital Asset Management systems.
- Familiarity with web analytics tools.
- Multilingual proficiency.
- Familiarity with Blizzard games and IPs.

In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $29.81 - $55.14 Hourly. These values reflect the expected base pay range of new hires across all U.S. locations. Ultimately, your specific range and offer will be based on several factors, including relevant experience, performance, and work location. Your Talent Professional can share this role’s range details for your local geography during the hiring process. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed.
