As a Field Marketing Specialist at Client's, you will not just support marketing programs—you will own the operational lifecycle of them. In this role, you will be the primary execution engine for Client's rapidly growing Mexico and Startups businesses.
This role will partner closely with the LATAM and Startups Field Marketing Managers on strategy, and fully own the execution and logistics that drive flawless live and digital experiences that generate pipeline and demand for the Clients brand.
- End-to-End Program Ownership: Flawless delivery of marketing programs (webinars, workshops, executive dinners, 3rd party sponsorships, and large-scale events) that meet or exceed registration, attendance and pipeline targets. You will fully manage the project lifecycle from kickoff to post-event wrap-up. This includes managing vendor relationships, sourcing venues, overseeing production logistics, and acting as the primary point of contact for execution.
- Content localization: You will own completing reviews of content localized from English to Spanish including assets such as eBooks, registration pages, email and web copy.
- Sales Activation & Enablement: You will build and maintain sales enablement resources (landing pages, social copy, email templates, internal communications) for Field Marketing Managers to ensure the field is engaged and prepared.
- Operational Excellence: You will manage procurement, open POs, track spend against the forecast, and reconcile costs for your assigned programs. Additionally, you will contribute to and/or build "playbooks" for Databricks events, documenting processes and flagging areas of optimization to ensure every successful program is repeatable.
