We are developing a premium AI-powered Plush Companion designed to be a child’s best friend. Our product utilizes advanced AI to foster bilingual language learning (English & Korean) and support children's emotional development (EQ).
We are preparing to launch in the Korean market and are looking for a creative Brand Marketing Manager who can plan strategies and directly create engaging content.
[The Role] You will be the "Voice and Hands" of the brand. We are not looking for a manager who only gives directions. We need a player-coach who can strategize high-level branding while executing day-to-day content creation.
- Hands-on Content Creation: You will personally create "snackable" content for social media. This includes filming/editing Reels (via CapCut), designing Instagram posts (via Canva), and writing engaging Blog articles.
- Brand Guardianship: Manage and direct external agencies for "heavy" productions (e.g., high-quality ads, photoshoots) to ensure they match our brand’s warmth and intelligence.
- Cultural Localization: Adapt US-centric concepts into messaging that fits current Korean parenting trends. You need to know what’s trending on Mom-cafés and Instagram right now.
- Storytelling: Write newsletters and social captions that touch the hearts of parents concerned about their child’s language and emotional growth.
[Who You Are]
- Bilingual Native (Korean/English): You can write sophisticated, heartwarming Korean copy and communicate strategy clearly in English.
- Content Creator: You are comfortable using tools like Canva, CapCut, or Figma to produce quick, high-quality creatives.
- Trend Savvy: You understand the "vibe" of Korean digital platforms (Naver Smart Store, Instagram, Kakao).
- Self-Starter: You thrive in a remote startup environment where you define your own tasks.

- Must be authorized to work in the US (Citizens or Permanent Residents preferred). We do not provide visa sponsorship.
- Experience in Brand Marketing, Content Creation, or Social Media Management.
- Portfolio Required: Please share links to social media accounts (Insta/TikTok/Blog) you have managed or content you have created. We value sense and creativity over follower counts.
[Compensation & Perks]
- Type: Part-time / Contract (15–20 hours/week) with potential for Full-time conversion.
- Location: 100% Remote.
- Rate: $25 - $40 / hr (Based on experience).
