A problem isn’t truly solved until it’s solved for all. That’s why Googlers build products that help create opportunities for everyone, whether down the street or across the globe. As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.
As a PgM in the gUP Technical Solutions and Insights (TSI) Product Program Management Office (PMO), you will be instrumental in optimizing our organization's planning and governance frameworks. You will drive the implementation and continuous improvement of key operational processes that underpin TSI's success. Your responsibilities will span critical areas including annual and quarterly tech planning facilitation, PDLC refinement, enhancement of portfolio management visibility and practice, coordination of the development and tracking of impactful product OKRs, the streamlining of the central intake process for new requests, and the contribution to broader PMO standardization efforts.
Collaborating with TPMs, PMs, Engineering, and other stakeholders, you will ensure these processes are efficient, well-documented, and consistently adopted.
