ServiceNow SME (Language Translation Focus)
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Subject Matter Expert with deep expertise in internationalization and language translation functionality. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot complex translation issues, perform root cause analysis, and develop a structured resolution plan to stabilize and optimize multi-language environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve ServiceNow language translation and localization issues
- Review translation tables, message keys, dictionary entries, and language packs
- Assess internationalization (i18n) configurations and multi-language implementations
- Conduct root cause analysis and recommend scalable, long-term solutions
- Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to implement fixes
- Provide documentation and knowledge transfer post-resolution
Required Experience:
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform configuration and administration
- Proven expertise in ServiceNow internationalization, translation plugins, and multi-language deployments
- Experience troubleshooting platform-level configuration and UI translation inconsistencies
- Ability to work independently in a diagnostic and advisory capacity
