The Prime Video Localization Enablement & Accessibility Program (LEAP) team is seeking a Senior Digital Program Manager to lead program management for our derivative content initiatives. In this role, you will orchestrate end‑to‑end delivery of media assets, ensuring they meet high‑quality standards, align with business goals, and are delivered on time and within budget. Your work will directly influence the scalability and success of Prime Video's global content strategy.
Key job responsibilities
- Program Design & Strategy: Develop and maintain the program charter, roadmap, and success metrics for derivative‑content projects, balancing creative vision with operational feasibility.
- Cross‑Functional Coordination: Partner with creative, technology, product, finance, and legal teams to align priorities, secure resources, and resolve dependencies.
- Schedule & Resource Management: Build detailed project plans, assign responsibilities, and monitor milestones to keep deliverables on track while optimizing team capacity.
- Budget Oversight: Manage program budgets, forecast expenses, and implement cost‑control measures to deliver within financial targets.
- Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential risks, conduct mitigation planning, and maintain a transparent issue log for rapid resolution.
- Stakeholder Communication: Provide clear, data‑driven updates to senior leadership, partners, and external vendors, ensuring alignment on priorities and outcomes.
- Performance Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), generate dashboards, and use insights to refine future programmatic production scaling.
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of Supply Chain, Product Management, Program Management experience
- Experience owning end-to-end programs to drive results
- Experience building and effectively executing a strategy from the ground up, including designing roadmaps to drive incremental progress towards long-term vision and goals
- 5+ years of leading large complex programs experience
- Understanding of derivative content creation and digital distribution pipelines, including localization processes and digital asset management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with global and cross-functional teams across business development, marketing, operations, product development and legal
- Experience driving collaborative projects from conception to delivery
- Experience dealing well with ambiguity, prioritizing needs, and delivering measurable results in an agile environment
- Can work proactively and independently, meet deadlines, and deliver on projects and tasks
- 5+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams and in the digital supply chain

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
