Overview
We are seeking a highly meticulous Production Designer to join our digital team. In this role, you will be the critical bridge between conceptual design and final digital execution. You will be responsible for translating approved creative concepts into flawless, production-ready assets across a variety of digital platforms. The ideal candidate is obsessed with the details, thrives in a highly structured design environment, and speaks the language of both design and engineering.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Pixel-Perfect Execution: Build, scale, and deliver digital assets (web, app, digital marketing) with an uncompromising eye for detail. Ensure absolute precision in typography, spacing, alignment, and grid adherence.
Design System Conformance
Navigate and apply extensive, overlapping design systems and brand guidelines. Ensure every asset aligns perfectly with strict corporate standards, component libraries, and localization requirements.
Developer Collaboration
Partner directly with UX designers, visual designers, front-end developers, and engineering teams. Prepare exceptionally clean, organized files for handoff, provide clear documentation, and communicate design intent effectively.
Visual QA
Review staged web builds and digital environments to ensure the coded output is a 1:1 match with the design files, working with developers to correct any visual bugs prior to launch.
Asset Scaling For Sustainment
Take hero launch creative and systematically build out the necessary variations for ongoing sustain campaigns, adapting layouts for multiple breakpoints, aspect ratios, and platforms.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Production Designer or Digital Designer, with a portfolio showcasing rigorous, high-volume digital execution.
- Expert-level proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Deep understanding of responsive design principles, web standards, and how design translates to HTML/CSS/JS.
- Exceptional organizational skills and file-management habits; you leave files cleaner than you found them.
- A collaborative mindset with a proven track record of successfully interfacing with UX, design, and technical/engineering teams.

Compensation Range: $66,120 - $91,350 Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
