The Localization Coordinator in Sydney supports the Localization team in delivering Apple campaigns for ANZ. You help keep localization projects organized, on time, and accurate across channels, working closely with local and global teams to ensure work is both culturally relevant and aligned to Apple’s standards.
This role is suited for someone with some experience in project coordination within an agency, marketing, production, or localization environment. You are detail-oriented, curious, and excited to learn how global campaigns are localized and produced for the ANZ market.
The Work
- Support Sr. Localization PMs with day-to-day project coordination across ANZ localization work.
- Keep timelines, trackers, and documentation up to date, ensuring assets, briefs, and feedback are clearly organized.
- Help manage localization workflows from brief through delivery, including copy, design, digital, social, and retail assets.
- Coordinate with global hubs (e.g. LA, London, Singapore) and local partners to track inputs, approvals, and delivery timings.
- Assist in preparing project plans, status updates, and recaps that keep stakeholders aligned.
- Help review localized assets for accuracy, basic QA, and alignment with ANZ cultural context and language expectations.
- Support coordination with external vendors and internal teams (Creative, Production, Business Affairs, Media) to keep work moving.
- Manage asset delivery logistics, ensuring correct versions, specs, and deadlines are met for ANZ.
- Capture and distribute meeting notes, action items, and next steps in a clear, timely way.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, maintaining shared folders, and updating trackers.

Qualifications & Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in advertising, marketing, production, localization, or a related field (internships and relevant project work welcome).
- Strong interest in creative work, global campaigns, and how they come to life in local markets.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of organization and attention to detail across documents, timelines, and assets.
- Ability to manage multiple small tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort working in shared tools (e.g. spreadsheets, project trackers, presentation documents).
- Basic understanding of how creative projects move from brief to delivery is a plus.
- Collaborative working style and openness to feedback and mentorship.
- Interest in Apple, tech, culture, and how brands show up in the ANZ market.
