ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a Localization Coordinator to support the localization team with production coordination and administrative tasks.
This role focuses on helping projects move smoothly through the production process. You will work closely with team members in our International Marketing Services team and other post production internal teams to make sure localization projects are organized, tracked, and delivered on time.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the Localization Producers with the coordination of localization projects.
- Track the progress of projects to help ensure work is completed on schedule.
- Help organize incoming materials such as video files, graphics, subtitles, and audio.
- Ensure project information, files, and instructions are organized and shared with the correct teams.
- Assist with the management and handling of embargoed and confidential production materials, ensuring all security and access protocols are followed, including working with all sensitive content within the office.
- Work with internal teams such as online editing, graphics, audio, and operations to support the production process.
- Prepare project information and materials before work begins so teams have what they need.
- Keep project documents, schedules, and tracking systems up to date.
- Help organize reviews and approvals during the production process.
- Assist with preparing final deliverables and ensuring they are ready for localization and distribution.
- Support detailed quality checks to confirm files meet required formats and specifications.
- Help monitor project costs and assist with basic billing administration.
- Carry out general administrative tasks to support the production team.
- Raise any issues that may affect project timelines.
- Help ensure all project files and records are stored correctly.
- Support the team with other production tasks when required.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- A degree in film, media, production, or a related subject is desirable but not essential.
- Some experience in a media, film, television, or post-production environment would be beneficial.
- An interest in localization, post-production, or media production.
- Basic understanding of production or post-production processes would be helpful.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working as part of a team and supporting colleagues when needed.
- Ability to stay calm and organized in a busy environment.
- Confidence using computers, including Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
- A willingness to learn new systems and production processes.
- Experience working with international content or languages would be helpful but is not required.
- Fluency in an additional language would be an advantage but is not essential.

This position is based in our Beverly Hills office and the salary band for this role is up to $22 per hour up per hour. Actual amounts will vary based on the candidate’s skills, experience, and performance. Please note that this is a non-exempt position. As a non-exempt employee, this role is eligible for overtime pay in accordance with applicable federal and California labor laws.
