About the Role
Our client, a global technology company known for its industry-leading consumer platforms and digital services, is seeking a Marketing Localization Producer to support global marketing initiatives for a major cloud-based product ecosystem.
This role sits within a global media and services organization responsible for delivering localized content and campaigns across multiple digital platforms. The team partners closely with marketing, design, legal, and international stakeholders to ensure global campaigns resonate with customers in markets around the world.
The environment is fast-paced and collaborative, requiring strong project management skills, excellent cross-functional communication, and the ability to manage multiple high-priority launches simultaneously across numerous languages and regions.
Key Responsibilities
Localization Project Management
- Lead end-to-end localization projects from concept through launch for marketing campaigns and digital content
- Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and assets across marketing teams, localization specialists, vendors, and international partners
- Manage localization workflows including scoping, planning, tracking, and quality control
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with marketing, creative, legal, and product teams to ensure localized content aligns with brand messaging and global marketing strategy
- Work closely with external vendors and internal localization teams to deliver high-quality translated content across markets
- Represent the localization team in marketing planning meetings and project kickoffs
Campaign & Content Localization
- Manage international marketing copy and campaign assets across global digital platforms
- Support localization for marketing initiatives including digital store placements, promotional campaigns, and social content
- Ensure marketing assets and messaging maintain quality, consistency, and cultural relevance across up to 40 languages
Operational & Process Improvements
- Identify opportunities to streamline localization workflows and improve operational efficiency
- Develop and present project updates, timelines, and localization strategies to cross-functional stakeholders
- Maintain high attention to detail while managing aggressive delivery schedules
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of localization project management experience, particularly within marketing, digital media, or online platforms
- Proven experience managing localization initiatives across multiple languages and global markets
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, legal, and international stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage large volumes of marketing copy and creative assets simultaneously
- Familiarity with industry-standard localization tools and workflows
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
- Comfort working on Mac platforms and familiarity with modern digital marketing environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in international marketing, media, or digital content localization
- Experience with global product launches or large-scale marketing campaigns
- Linguistic expertise in at least one additional language
- Familiarity with global digital services platforms, UI terminology, and marketing ecosystems
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Localization, International Studies, Journalism, Media Studies, or a related field.
