The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end execution of dubbing-based projects, ensuring smooth coordination across all stages of the localization workflow.
- Collaborate with clients to define project scope, including content titles, production volume, timelines, and budget requirements.
- Source and coordinate dubbing translators to ensure appropriate linguistic and creative adaptation for Korean-language dubbing.
- Ensure all dubbing outputs meet internal quality standards as well as client-specific guidelines and requirements.
- Conduct quality control reviews throughout the production process to maintain high standards of localization and performance.
- Manage project schedules and workflows to ensure the timely delivery of final dubbing assets.
- Oversee the final delivery process and ensure all materials are properly prepared and delivered to clients.
Qualifications
- Experience managing media localization or dubbing-related projects.
- Familiarity with dubbing workflows, translation/adaptation processes, and studio production environments.
- Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and quality standards in media production workflows.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
