Key Responsibilities
Drive Global Product Evolution
- Lead the localization and adaptation of ShareCRM products for North American and international markets.
- Identify gaps between existing product capabilities and the needs of global customers.
- Ensure our CRM platform aligns with international user expectations, workflows, and compliance requirements.
Define and Launch New Product Capabilities
- Translate customer and market insights into new product features and capabilities.
- Own product discovery, prioritization, and delivery in collaboration with engineering and design teams.
- Guide features from concept to launch and continuous improvement.
Shape AI-Powered Product Experiences
- Identify high-impact opportunities for AI within the ShareCRM platform.
- Partner with engineering and data teams to introduce new AI-driven capabilities.
- Continuously refine existing AI features based on customer feedback and real-world usage.
Develop Industry Solutions
- Research and define CRM solutions tailored to key vertical industries.
- Work with partners and solution teams to develop scalable industry templates and best practices.
Inform Product Strategy
- Monitor global CRM and SaaS trends to identify opportunities for innovation.
- Provide strategic recommendations to guide the evolution of ShareCRM’s global product roadmap.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience in the CRM industry.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, and design.
- Experience with AI-powered products or AI-enabled workflows is a strong plus.
- Ability to work effectively in globally distributed teams.
- Flexible and willing to adjust working hours based on team or customer locations.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership and a can-do attitude.
- Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) is a plus but not required.
