We are seeking a bilingual Korean–English Team Liaison to support an international youth soccer team during a tournament in Los Angeles.
You will be assigned to one team and serve as the primary communication bridge between tournament organizers and players, coaches, and guardians.
This is a coordination and communication role - not promotional staff and not stage work. You will represent tournament operations directly to your assigned team and ensure a smooth, welcoming experience throughout the event.
Schedule & Commitment
- Team Arrival: March 22
- Tournament Days: March 23–24
- Full availability required on all three days
- Hours may vary based on team schedule and match timing
- Brief pre-event coordination call prior to March 22
This is a short-term, 3-day on-site commitment.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the dedicated point of contact for one assigned team
- Translate and clearly relay tournament schedules, procedures, and updates
- Assist with check-in, match timing, and daily logistics
- Support coaches and guardians with operational questions
- Ensure accurate information flow between tournament staff and the team
- Escalate urgent matters to event management
Requirements
- Fluent in Korean and English (spoken required; written preferred)
- Professional, calm, and confident communicator
- Organized and dependable
- Comfortable working with youth participants and international guests
- Prior experience in hospitality, sports, or community coordination is a plus
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
