Summary:
As a Program Sr. Manager/Director, you will manage a team responsible for facilitating medium to large, complex, cross-functional projects and programs and the associated team.
This role is specific to a critical transformation initiative for our digital marketing platform. We are seeking a Program Manager / Director to lead Project Arc, a highly visible, multiyear digital transformation program to modernize our global web ecosystem. This role will orchestrate the delivery of a new CMS/DXP powered website platform, beginning with the relaunch of xxxx, followed by the rolling revitalization of approximately 70 country websites across 40 languages.
This role requires a hands-on delivery driver who deeply understands digital platforms, modern web ecosystems, agile delivery, and global rollout complexity—paired with the strategic judgment to guide decisions at enterprise scale.
Key Responsibilities | What you'll do:
Program & Delivery Leadership
- Own the end-to-end execution of Project Arc, including scope, roadmap, milestones, dependencies, risks, and success metrics.
- Establish and maintain a clear program operating rhythm, including agile cadences, dependency management, and cross-workstream coordination.
- Lead delivery of the cbre.com relaunch, and a phased, rolling migration of country websites over the subsequent year.
- Proactively identify risks and resolve issues related to global delivery, platform migration, SEO continuity, performance, and change adoption.
Cross Functional Orchestration
- Orchestrate collaboration across Digital Marketing, Technology, Agency Partners, Content, Product Marketing, Legal, Compliance, and Regional Teams.
- Serve as the central execution partner between internal stakeholders and the external agencies, ensuring delivery quality, accountability, and momentum.
- Balance enterprise standards with local market needs to enable scalable yet flexible global rollout.
Platform, Data & Analytics Enablement
- Drive program management for the rollout of a new CMS/DXP, ensuring alignment with long-term digital experience, scalability, and governance goals.
- Lead efforts to revamp data connectivity and analytics, ensuring improved insight, measurement, and performance optimization across the web ecosystem.
- Oversee content migration, SEO preservation, site performance optimization, and data continuity throughout the transformation.
Executive Communication & Governance
- Prepare and deliver quarterly executive level readouts, synthesizing progress, risks, decisions, and outcomes for senior leadership.
- Establish strong program governance, decision frameworks, and escalation paths.
- Track and report on KPIs tied to delivery health, digital performance, and business impact.
Qualifications & Experience | What you'll need:
Required
- 15+ years of experience leading large scale digital, technology, or platform transformation programs, ideally in global enterprise environments.
- Proven experience delivering complex website ecosystems, including CMS/DXP implementations and large-scale content migrations.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing, web platforms, analytics, SEO, performance optimization, and modern mar tech ecosystems.
- Strong experience working within agile or hybrid delivery models.
- Demonstrated ability to manage external agencies and system integrators during execution.
- Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred
- Experience in B2B, professional services, or global enterprise organizations.
- Familiarity with operating across multiple regions, languages, and localization requirements.
- Experience supporting data modernization and analytics enablement as part of a web transformation.
- Program or agile certification (PMP, SAFe, PgMP, etc.) a plus.
