Department: Regional Project Management Office
Summary: This position is responsible for resource allocation, monitoring progress, and keeping stakeholders informed throughout all assigned projects. This position will be responsible for project management across multiple departments.
Essential Functions of the Job: The essential functions of this job require the person, with or without reasonable accommodations, to perform the following:
- Identify project needs such as resources, staff, or finances by reviewing project objectives and schedules.
- Schedule or facilitate project meetings.
- Monitor costs incurred by project staff to identify budget issues.
- Confer with project personnel to identify and resolve problems.
- Serve as the primary communication link with various customers, suppliers and tool shops.
- Plan and implement company wide projects per management and customer requirements.
- Develop and maintain a schedule for assigned projects.
- Provide status reports on project milestones and recovery plans as required.
- Assign duties or responsibilities across the project team.
- Monitor the performance of project team members to provide performance feedback.
- Manage Projects in the regime (Organizational, Localization, and Development Projects)
- Use of the following software programs when performing duties of this position: MRPII (MAC-PAC), MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Recommended Education and/or Experience:
- Master / Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university is required.
- Preferred Degrees: Business Administration Engineering or another technical discipline.
- Project Management Certification is strongly preferred (PMA).
- 3+ years proven track record in PM

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $90,000.00 per year
