Naarg Data Media services is seeking a Sales Development Representative to help us further our mission of providing top-notch translation and localization services to our clients. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and building lasting relationships with potential clients.
Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients in the translation and localization industry
- Develop and execute outreach campaigns to generate new business
- Educate potential clients on Naarg Data Media services offerings
- Respond to inbound inquiries and provide prospective clients with information about our services
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to set appointments and follow up on leads
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in our CRM
- Attend industry events and network with potential clients to build relationships
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales or customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Experience using a CRM system
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Customer-focused with a passion for providing high-quality service
- Understanding of the translation and localization industry preferred
- Minimum 11 years experience as sales development representative is required. Having experience in Media, Edutech is preferred
