Key Responsibilities
- 24x7x365 on L1 support (in rotational shift) to monitor the infrastructure.
- Fast and effective response to the alerts and notifications from a range of systems.
- Proactively ensuring the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability.
- Identify, investigate, resolve, and escalate technical problems in accordance with established guidelines and documentation.
- Monitor and track raised issues to ensure timely resolution.
- Work as a team to meet service level agreements (SLAs).
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to resolve reported issues.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 0-1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Should be having an understanding on cloud technologies (AWS preferred).
- Good understanding of ticketing tools.
- Knowledge of monitoring tools is a plus advantage.
- Proficiency in documentation.
- Ability to work well on its own or with a team into 24x7x365 environment.
- Good command over English language is a must.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good organizational skills.
- Should have decision making capability.
