Title: Vietnamese On-Site Interpreter
Location: St. Petersburg, Florida
Position Description:
Under the direction of the The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), this position will provide on-site interpretation and translation for the federally supported response and recovery Hurricane Ian operation in Florida. Support will be on-call as needed by the customer.
Minimum Qualifications:
· U.S. Citizen or Legal Permanent Resident
· Must possess language skills in target language and English of 3+ on ILR scale in Reading, Writing, Speaking, Listening.
· Must reside within 50 miles of duty location and provide own transportation to assignment location.
· Must be available for on-call assignments 7 days a week in shifts from 2 hours up to 12 hours.
· Must be willing to transfer assignment locations as needed within 50 mile radius at discretion of the customer.
