This role is a key part of the Global Creative Production operation to build and manage client relationships and deliver multi-channel content to multiple brands clients and agencies. Working as part of the Integrated Producer team, this hybrid role encorporates account management, producer and project management roles and responsibilities.
Supported by an Account Director, this role involves collaborating with internal RWS account teams, direct clients, and creative agencies to understand their needs. You will work with RWS’ language and production teams, as well as external partners, to manage and deliver global, integrated, multilingual campaigns and projects. From initial brief to final delivery, you’ll ensure that projects meet client and agency deadlines while remaining commercially profitable.
As the main day-to-day client contact, you will oversee project execution and identify opportunities within existing accounts to drive revenue and profit growth. You will be required to work across all media types to manage and understand the delivery of short and long form content. This can include global campaigns that cover the localisation, trafficking and delivery of TV, social, programmatic/dynamic builds, press, EDMs and DOOH assets. We support a number of our clients with VO production briefs and therefore experience within this field - covering casting experience, VO scheduling and production would be advantageous. In addition, you will also be required to manage projects inline with our other core service lines including design origination, strategy validation, cultural consultation, transcreation and localisation.
About the Strategic Content Solutions (SCS)
The Strategic Content Solutions, part of RWS’s Language Services division, works closely with major accounts and clients of all sizes who are going global with specialized localization services. These services cover the entire localization spectrum, from translating content, media, and audio to creating engaging eLearning programs and transcribing highly impactful marketing campaigns. The SCS works closely with RWS’s Language eXperience Delivery (LXD) platform, which includes 2,000 in-house linguists, and a network of more than 29,000 translators, who use RWS’s proprietary machine translation, AI, and translation productivity tools, to deliver a 24/7 service to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage integrated briefs and follow up with a response to brief, estimates and production schedules
- Delivery of integrated localised campaigns with a focus on moving image, audio production, VO management, ATL clearance plus trafficking and delivery
- Working with production partners for post production to include freelance editors, motion designers, designers, artworkers, post production facilities including audio and edit
- Manage the language and cultural process which includes preparation of copy decks and brief to in-market creatives and linguists, review of copydecks, manage proof reading and qc process and finalisation of copy decks
- Ability to compile and managing production schedules - sometimes to tight timings, across multiple deliverables and markets. Factoring timezones is a key part of this role.
- Troubleshoot internal and external issues as they arise, ensuring you escalate internally where required
- Ensure approval processes are adhered to for all stages of the project and a clear audit trail is kept
- Be responsible for delivering accurate briefs into and out of RWS across all channels
- Act as a brand ambassador and brand guardian for our clients and agencies, acting as an extension of their teams - challenging where appropriate
- Ability to problem solve and apply critical thinking and have agile ways of working in order to deliver varied projects and brands across all channels and media
- Build a strong relationship with the creative, design and production teams internally
- Understand the quality control process and ensure steps are adhered to throughout the lifecycle of the project
Skills & Experience
- Experience within creative, design and production based environment
- Solid understanding of VO production including casting, scheduling, VO production and audio requirements
- Solid understanding of ATL delivey to include media schedules and plans, clearance, trafficking and delivery/publishing to all platforms
- Experience gained from a creative agency, content agency, and / or production agency
- Experience working with creative agencies, brands and media agencies
- Experience working across multiple client accounts and sectors
- Excellent planning and organisational skills and the ability to multitask

- Demonstrable experience working across multiple brands and output channels and project types such as: Brand development / Campaign extension / Integrated design / Digital / Brochures / ATL channels / POS / Magazine
