What You'll Be Doing

Build relationships with product teams, educating them on localization processes, and advocating for global users.
As the subject matter expert for the assigned product areas, you are responsible for the localization of Zendesk products and supervise project delivery, cost, and quality.
Organize the end-to-end localization process, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
Own and support global cross-team coordination and project management, and be able to swiftly prioritize and multi-task based on severity level and strong business judgment.
Implement localization strategies that support global expansion efforts.
Establish quality standards for localized content and contribute to implementing quality assurance processes.
Analyse localization performance metrics to identify areas for improvement

What You Bring To The Role

3+ years of localization program management experience in a high-tech industry
Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and global environment with shown success in project management, execution, and multi-tasking.
Experience communicating across a variety of cross-functional collaborators and leadership, working across time zones and international offices.
Experience with localization and testing of mobile and web-based applications
Deep understanding of software development lifecycle
Familiarity with internationalization standards such as Unicode and CLDR

he Poland annualized base salary range for this position is zł165,000.00-zł247,000.00. Please note that while the salary range represents the minimum and maximum base salary rate for this position, the actual compensation offered will be based on job related capabilities, applicable experience, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for bonus, benefits, or related incentives that will be communicated during the offer stage.

Hybrid: In this role, our hybrid experience is designed at the team level to give you a rich onsite experience packed with connection, collaboration, learning, and celebration - while also giving you flexibility to work remotely for part of the week. This role must attend our local office for part of the week. The specific in-office schedule is to be determined by the hiring manager.
