POSITION SUMMARY: We are seeking experienced interpreters to provide in-person support at client sites during HR-related actions: interviews, onboarding, training, and support in warehouse and other environments to ensure a safe and efficient workplace.

LANGUAGES: Spanish, Dari, Haitian Creole, Amharic, Arabic, Turkish, French, American Sign Language.

REQUIREMENTS

Responsibilities:

Support on-site training sessions for new warehouse employees regarding safety protocols, equipment handling, and warehouse management systems.
Provide interpretation support between management and staff to facilitate daily operations, performance reviews, and safety briefings.
Ensure all trainees understand OSHA requirements and warehouse safety regulations.

Qualifications:

Native or bilingual proficiency in English and one of the languages identified above.
3-5 years’ experience in interpretation and training, preferably within a distribution center environment.
Excellent communication, public speaking, and interpersonal skills,
Willingness to work in office and warehouse facilities with unique protocols

PREFERRED REQUIREMENT:

Professional interpreter certification or similar accreditation is a plus.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Primary work location: warehouses
Hours will be determined by client schedules, which include shift work.

Pay Range: $60 - $90 an hour
