We are seeking a Digital Marketing Analyst to join our team and help us to drive our digital presence across various platforms. You will need to be truly guest obsessed and relentless about elevating our guest experience to achieve success in this role. You will focus on cultivating real relationships with our guests, optimizing our app menu through effective localization, boosting our SEO efforts, and ensuring effective budget management….all while driving our commitment to Cultivating a Better World.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Cultivate Real Relationships with our Guests
- Leverage our CRM software (Salesforce) to strengthen customer relationships and foster loyalty among our Chipotle community
- Analyse guest data to uncover insights and drive targeted marketing campaigns that reflect our values and resonate with our local audience
- Collaborate closely with brand and operations leadership to ensure our marketing aligns with our commitment to deliver an exceptional guest experience
- Manage the flow of customer comments to ensure we connecting with our guests as they reach out to us and
- Connect with our global business to ensure we are updating our CRM tools and systems in a way that grows our brand globally
Champion the Chipotle App and develop the app experience
- Oversee the management and enhancement of the Chipotle App on the ground in Europe, ensuring an engaging and frictionless experience for our guests
- Develop and implement strategies to drive App downloads, user engagement, and guest retention
- Monitor app performance metrics and continuously seek ways to improve based on customer feedback, always keeping our mission of real food, real ingredients in mind
- Lead on app development work for all markets to ensure that the App is globally aligned and meeting local market expectations
- Partner with legal to ensure we are fully GDPR compliant and our guest data is protected
Make our brand visible and accessible on all digital channels
- Conduct keyword research and implement effective SEO strategies to elevate our online visibility and attract organic traffic to our digital channels
- Optimize website content to ensure it reflects our brand voice and engages our audience, driving them to discover the Chipotle experience
- Stay informed of the latest SEO trends and best practices to keep our digital marketing efforts at the forefront of the industry
Ensure our digital spend is in line with our business strategy
- Manage the digital marketing budget effectively, ensuring resources are allocated wisely to maximize impact
- Track and report on the performance of digital initiatives, measuring return on investment and ensuring alignment with our business goals
- Collaborate with finance to forecast expenses and contribute to strategic budget planning
WHAT YOU’LL HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on CRM, app management, SEO, and budget management.
- Fluency in Salesforce, marketing cloud and other CRM tools.
- Strong analytical skills and a passion for data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, reflecting our brand's voice.
- A collaborative spirit and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
