We are looking for a versatile
Senior Project Manager to lead and manage the production of various creative projects, from kick-off to launch. These projects primarily involve
digital out-of-home assets, video, and social media content, including reporting and presentations. You will act as the primary liaison with our US-based team and ensure smooth communication and progress with local teams. Regular client interaction will also be a key part of your role.

Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for both clients and project execution teams, collaborating closely with the US-based team and guiding creative teams to deliver high-quality work on time.
- Oversee creative production for high-volume, templated digital projects and campaigns, including weekly digital out-of-home campaigns for music releases.
- Manage all project-related details and communications, including asset management, providing feedback, and handling updates and requests efficiently.
- Lead day-to-day communications with account, creative, and client marketing teams through email, chat, and video calls.
- Create, update, and maintain project timelines and related documentation, providing regular updates to clients and internal teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client teams and internal discipline leads.
- Occasionally liaise with regional teams on global campaigns, manage localization projects, and traffic final assets.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience as a digital project manager or video/content producer in an advertising agency or production environment.
- Understanding of the creative production process or willingness to learn quickly.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with account leads, creative teams, and clients, including providing feedback and status updates.
- Superb planning, organizational, and communication skills with extreme attention to detail.
- Collaborative team player, comfortable working across teams, time zones, and technologies.
- Familiarity with project management tools like Google Suite and Monday.
- Ability to work independently, anticipate and solve problems, and offer creative solutions.
- Proficient English (evaluated during the selection process).
