We are looking for an
Editor to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for editing our learning content and maintaining our tone of voice and style across all courses.

What you will do:
- Edit text lessons:
- make sure that lessons are easy to read, well-structured, and formatted;
- follow the principles of editing/writing learning content;
- follow our tone of voice and style guide;
- proofread for errors/typos, ensuring correct punctuation and spelling;
- ensure consistency across different modalities of the lesson (ex., the same terms are used in text and in infographics).
- Edit scripts and slides for video lessons;
- Edit materials for synchronous learning events, eg. decks for webinars;
- Edit extra materials for the courses, such as syllabuses, sales enablement materials, one-pagers, etc.
- Help to maintain our internal dictionaries, templates and style guides.
Requirements:
- English Proficiency (we use US English);
- Proven experience in writing and editing for an English-speaking audience, preferably working with educational content or long reads in blogs and online media;
- Experience editing technical or subject-specific content β on business, IT, data analysis and data science, AI, and ML;
- Ability to provide editorial feedback to content creators, helping them improve their original writings;
- Experience in using and maintaining editorial artifacts: dictionaries and style guides;
- Basic understanding of visual design principles β how text and punctuation are used in slide decks and infographics.
- Awareness of localization or translation workflows is a plus, as weβre also translating our courses into other languages;
- Experience in editing AI-generated texts is a plus.
