Weβre looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to lead global marketing campaigns, manage client relationships, and oversee execution from concept to completion. This role requires a strategic thinker, creative storyteller, and hands-on leader who can develop, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across international markets.
Youβll be responsible for:

πΉ Marketing Strategy & Campaign Development
β’ Conceptualize and execute global marketing campaigns that align with client goals and market trends.
β’ Lead end-to-end campaign execution, from ideation to performance analysis.
β’ Develop tailored marketing strategies for diverse industries, ensuring localization for Europe and Asia.
πΉ Client Management & Relationship Building
β’ Serve as the primary contact for high-profile clients, ensuring top-tier service and long-term partnerships.
β’ Develop strategic marketing roadmaps, providing clients with data-driven insights and recommendations.
β’ Present campaign results and optimization strategies, ensuring client satisfaction and business growth.
πΉ Multi-Channel Marketing Execution
β’ Oversee digital marketing, paid media, influencer collaborations, and content strategies.
β’ Work closely with video production teams to deliver impactful commercial campaigns.
β’ Ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints, including social media, web, and advertising.
πΉ Campaign Performance & Optimization
β’ Monitor campaign analytics, using insights to optimize engagement, reach, and conversions.
β’ Test and refine creative assets, ad copy, and media placements for maximum performance.
β’ Stay ahead of emerging marketing trends, implementing best practices in digital advertising and storytelling.

What Weβre Looking For
πΉ 7+ years of experience in marketing strategy, campaign management, or digital advertising.
πΉ Proven track record of developing and executing global marketing campaigns.
πΉ Strong expertise in multi-channel marketing, including paid media, social media, and content strategy.
πΉ Experience managing high-value clients in industries such as luxury, tech, consumer goods, or B2B services.
πΉ Ability to lead projects, manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, and drive measurable results.
πΉ Strong understanding of performance marketing, analytics, and audience targeting.
πΉ Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting strategies and campaign results to clients.
πΉ Experience working across international markets, particularly in Europe and Asia.
πΉ Familiarity with commercial video production, creative storytelling, and brand positioning is a plus.
