This role is set up to drive cutting-edge solutions for key bet and new launch brands under Accelerate Reach & Scale momentum, lead affiliate-wise new commercial capability building, and create remarkable omni-channel customer experience for HCPs, patients, consumers across marketing and medical.
Key Responsibilities
- Omni-channel HCP engagement
- Explore and identify key strategic initiatives to fuel the launch/uptake for key bet products by reaching to broader customers
- Design and implement the prioritized customer solutions/tools by cross function collaboration
- Build Lilly website strategy
- Track the progress, evaluate the result and refine the plan timely
- Consumer marketing
- Explore local available partners and channels or SOAs to access consumers
- Develop social listening plan and provide insights to content development
- Work with marketing and medical team to design disease state education campaigns
- Proactively liaise with global and NAPAC team to localize feasible best practice
- Patient solution
- Map out patient journey to remove friction in prioritize MOTs
- Collaborate with medical PSP team to develop innovative patient solution to enable a smooth start experience and enhance patient adherence and persistence
- Leverage digital channels to run patient education
- Digital medical engagement
- Support medical team for the digital transformation by leveraging online channels to improve reach and quality of engagement
- Drive organizational change and improve commercial capability by embracing new technology, leveraging external partners and global solution localization
- Team management
Experience & Skills
- Strong business acumen, brand owner or DSM experience preferred
- Wealthy experience in digital marketing or consumer marketing
- Solid project management skill and deliver under pressure
- Strong learning agility, innovative thinking and open mind
- Excellent communicator and influencer
- Fluent English
