Job Description
The role works with Royal Canin Korea Pet Owner Experience (CRM Marketing) team based in Seoul. This job will ensure a seamless digital experience for pet owners across channels by driving individual knowledge, product, and service recommendations.
The role entails orchestrating and managing CRM website and campaign content to enhance pet owner acquisition, retention, and loyalty through the creation of new services and content, as well as the optimization of existing assets, by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders (vendors, regions, and global teams)
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business related discipline
- +5 years working experience in digital marketing and CRM
- FMCG marketing, agency experience is preferred with knowledge of CRM
- Understanding in digital ecosystem and CRM solution tool (eg. Sales force) is preferable
- Fluence English skill both written and spoken
What will be your key responsibilities?
- CRM CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT
- Design CRM Campaign Strategies: Develop CRM campaign journey strategies aligned with short-, mid-, and long-term roadmaps.
- Proactively Align with Regional and Global Stakeholders: Collaborate closely with regional and global stakeholders to design and refine plans.
- Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Track and analyze CRM campaign performance to optimize retention and conversion rates, driving engagement and commercial results for consistent business outcomes.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Build strong partnerships with cross-functional teams to coordinate, create, and manage campaigns by implementing user journeys and segmentation strategies.
- CRM Channel Management: Oversee the management of the Kakao Plus Friend account to ensure effective communication and engagement.
- Campaign Asset Preparation: Prepare campaign assets, including creating images, copywriting, seeking approvals, conducting tests, and ensuring proper distribution.
- Content Localization: Develop and deploy localized CRM campaign content in adherence to global guidelines.
- CRM CONTENTS MANAGEMENT
- Plan and Execute Website Traffic Media Creatives: Develop and implement ongoing media creatives dedicated to driving website traffic.
- Design and Launch New Services and Events: Plan and execute new services and events to recruit and retain users, aligning with local requirements and regional/global roadmaps.
- Optimize Existing Services: Manage existing services to enhance efficiency and performance, including portfolio management, service optimization, and inventory forecasting.
- Website Content Management: Oversee the management of website content, including products, articles, banners, and other digital assets.
- Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Continuously monitor and analyze performance metrics to drive optimization and improve outcomes.

- BPO activation budget processing (PR/PO)
