System Drives Production Manager
In this role, you will coordinate cross-functional teams, driving efficiency, quality, and readiness for localized production, while fostering seamless collaboration with key stakeholders to ensure project success. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing project management, process adaptation and risk management. The work model for the role is: #LI - Hybrid This role is contributing to the Motion System Drives Division in New Berlin, WI area. You will be mainly accountable to: • Lead the end-to-end localization of new products into manufacturing, ensuring alignment with production capabilities, regulatory requirements, and quality standards. • Identify and implement necessary modifications to processes to support efficient and scalable localized manufacturing. • Proactively identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure all localized products meet required quality and compliance standards. • Champion projects by sharing key developments, celebrating wins, and keeping teams excited through clear and engaging internal communications. Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of related experience.

Demonstrated expertise in structured project management methodologies (PMP or Six Sigma Certification Preferred).

Proven ability in change management and implementation within manufacturing environments.

Continuous improvement mindset, result orientation and ability to work under pressure.

Travel required up to 5%.
