スキル・資格
- 流暢な日本語（ネイティブレベル）、ビジネスレベルの英語力（話し言葉と書き言葉）。
- PMOまたはプロジェクトコーディネーションの経験（ITまたはビジネス環境であることが望ましい）。
- 高い組織能力、マルチタスク能力、コミュニケーション能力。
- 独立して仕事をし、複数の利害関係者を管理する能力
- MS Office（エクセル、パワーポイント、ワード）に習熟していること。
- Fluent in Japanese (Native Level) & Business-level English (spoken & written).
- Experience as a PMO or in project coordination roles, preferably in an IT or business setting.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
業務内容
- プロジェクトコーディネーション： 日米欧のステークホルダー間のコミュニケーションとコラボレーションを促進する。
- スケジューリングとミーティング管理 複数のタイムゾーンにまたがるミーティングの手配と調整。
- ドキュメンテーションとレポーティング プロジェクト関連文書の作成、更新、管理。
- 通訳・翻訳 会議中のリアルタイム通訳サポート、プロジェクト文書の翻訳（英語⇄日本語）。
- ステークホルダー・リエゾン クライアントチーム、ベンダー、ビジネス部門との橋渡し役。
- 課題追跡とフォローアップ: プロジェクトの進捗を監視し、リスクを特定し、タイムリーなフォローアップを行う
- Project Coordination: Facilitate communication and collaboration between stakeholders in Japan, the US, and Europe.
- Scheduling & Meeting Management: Arrange and coordinate meetings across multiple time zones.
- Documentation & Reporting: Prepare, update, and maintain project-related documents.
- Interpretation & Translation: Support real-time interpretation during meetings and translate project documents (English ⇄ Japanese).
- Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the bridge between client teams, vendors, and business departments.
- Issue Tracking & Follow-up: Monitor project progress, identify risks, and ensure timely follow-ups.
