We develop cutting-edge translation technology to localize entertainment content like manga, novels, anime, and games—and we’re looking for Translation Assistants to help bring these stories to life!
⭐️ Manga Translation Assistant
- Review translations and design layouts
- Typeset and tweak images (sometimes in Photoshop)
Great fit if you:
- Love manga and can spot awkward dialogue
- Are familiar with SFX translation
- Have a good eye for layout and design
- Are open to learning Photoshop
⭐️ Novel Translation Assistant
- Review text for terminology consistency
- Build glossaries, character sheets, and other reference materials
Great fit if you:
- Love novels and/or light novels and crafting smooth, polished prose
- Have editing/writing experience or are familiar with the Chicago Manual of Style

✅ What We’re Looking For
Required:
- Communicate in both Japanese and English
- Comfortable working with occasional R18 content (sexual themes, graphic violence, etc.)
Nice to Have:
- Translation, writing, or editing/proofreading experience (professional or personal)
- Photoshop/design skills or interest
- Attention to detail, even with repetitive tasks
✨ Employment Details
Hourly Wage: ¥1,200
Transportation: Fully covered
Hours: Mon–Fri, between 10:00 AM–6:00 PM
- Must work in the office at least 2–3 times a week on Mondays, Wednesdays, or Fridays, for a minimum of 5 hours per shift
- 15+ hours/week availability preferred
Location: On-site (partial remote work may be possible after 3 months)
