We are seeking a capable and self-driven Brand Marketing Manager to lead US market initiatives for a Korean wellness brand preparing for its North American launch. This role requires hands-on execution across campaign planning, influencer marketing, content localization, and CRM coordination, with a focus on US consumer engagement. The ideal candidate will bring experience in US brand marketing, an understanding of digital and influencer ecosystems, and the ability to collaborate effectively with the Korea-based HQ during a maternity leave coverage period.

Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in brand, content, or digital marketing, preferably within D2C or lifestyle sectors
- Proven track record of marketing execution tailored for the US market
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); business-level Korean proficiency is a plus
- Ability to work independently with a high degree of accountability and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and cross-functional communication skills
- Foreign applicants must hold a valid visa permitting legal employment in South Korea.
Preferred
- Experience supporting the launch of global brands or projects targeting the US market
- Background in influencer collaboration, product seeding, or multi-channel campaign management
- Familiarity with tools(Shopify, Klaviyo, GA4, Figma, Notion, Slack, and Google Workspace)
- Strong sense of visual storytelling and brand messaging
