The Role
- Manage the full lifecycle of translation projects.
- Coordinate with translators, editors, and proofreaders.
- Develop and maintain project timelines and schedules.
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements.
- Assign tasks to appropriate language professionals.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on deliverables.
- Resolve issues and troubleshoot problems during projects.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
- Provide regular updates to clients and internal teams.
- Ensure adherence to localization and translation best practices.
Ideal Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Translation, Linguistics, or related field.
- Proven experience in project management or translation industry.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with translation management systems and CAT tools.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Problem-solving skills and adaptability.
- Experience working with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
