职责描述:
1、建立欧洲终端销售团队人才选拔、考核、培养、激励等管理方法及规章制度,并跟进方案落地及效果评估
2、萃取行业内外优秀销售人员经验并建立成功模型,赋能国家,推动方案在各个国家本地化落地
3、根据不同国家的业务发展现状,发现零售业务/促销人员管理存在的问题并提出针对性改善方案
4、欧洲零售基本面数据的日常维护,并欧洲本地化演示APK开发及演示机管理
任职要求:
1、3年以上工作经验,拥有一定的零售行业培养体系搭建经验,并独立操作过人才发展项目
2、熟悉课程开发/经验萃取方法论,拥有成功的的课程开发案例经验
3、有着较强的沟通能力和目标感
4、中文流畅,英语可作为工作语言,接受出差
Job Responsibilities:
- Establish talent selection, assessment, training, and incentive management methods and regulations for the European retail sales team; follow up on implementation and evaluate effectiveness.
- Extract best practices from top-performing sales personnel inside and outside the industry, build successful models, empower local markets, and drive localization and implementation across countries.
- Identify issues in retail operations and promoter management across different countries based on current business conditions, and propose targeted improvement solutions.
- Maintain day-to-day European retail fundamental data, support development of localized demo APKs, and manage demo devices in Europe.
Job Requirements:
- Over 3 years of work experience, with hands-on experience in building retail talent development systems and independently managing talent development projects.
- Familiar with course development and experience extraction methodologies, with successful experience in course design and implementation.
- Strong communication skills and a clear sense of goal orientation.
- Proficiency in Chinese is required; English must be sufficient for work. Willing to travel.
