Role Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Resource Coordinator to join our League. The ideal candidate is self-driven, communicative, and organized. This role will support recruiting, onboarding, and managing localization professionals including linguists, voice actors, and other specialists. You will work closely with our TAD and Quality teams across Korea, the U.S., and Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

Support TAD Leads with end-to-end talent coordination workflows
Recruit new linguists, voice actors, proofreaders, transcribers, and localization experts
Draft, post, and manage job ads on relevant platforms
Communicate with applicants via LinkedIn and email
Track recruiting progress and maintain organized documentation
Support testing, onboarding, and freelance agreement processes
Collaborate with PMs and Quality Managers to identify resource needs
Analyze test results and reviewer feedback to improve evaluation processes
Contribute to testing material development and process documentation

Preferred Qualifications:

Fluent in English (spoken and written); Korean proficiency preferred
Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
Detail-oriented with strong time management and multitasking abilities
High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information
Proactive and resourceful problem solver
Experience in localization, translation, or freelance talent coordination is a plus
Familiarity with platforms like Airtable, Google Workspace, Microsoft is a plus
