About Us
LTE Care Plus, Inc. provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy and Early Intervention services for children with developmental disabilities across New York City, Westchester and Long Island. We are seeking a Spanish-speaking Interpreter to assist in bridging communication between families and our clinical staff, ensuring culturally appropriate and effective service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Provide Spanish/English interpretation between families and clinicians.
- Accurately translate treatment goals, instructions, and feedback
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and neutrality during all interactions.
- Assist with phone calls, scheduling, and follow-up communication when language support is needed.
- Support families in understanding ABA services and expectations.
Qualifications
- Fluent in both Spanish and English
- Understanding of ABA therapy or willingness to learn basic ABA terms and processes.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
Schedule & Compensation
- On-call position: you will receive notice in advance when interpretation services are needed.
- Independent contractor role (1099).
- Pay rate: $30 – $35/hour, based on experience.
