Go-To-Market Project Manager
UVS Games is looking for a West Coast-based, Go-To-Market Project Manager to join our team. We need someone who can juggle multiple priorities, hit critical deadlines, and thrive in a distributed work environment while partnering with external teams. Experience with Licensors, Trade Marketing, Events, and Organized Play in the CCG/TCG or Hobby board game space is a big plus. A background in consumer products is also valuable. You’ll need excellent planning and documentation skills, along with the ability to collaborate, build relationships, and negotiate effectively.
As a Project Manager at UVS Games, you will report directly to the Project Management Lead within the Project Management Office and play a key role in bringing UVS Games products to life.
This role may require travel between Los Angeles, CA, Seattle, WA, and other locations.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring milestones are met.
Manage Asana (including dates, tasks, milestones, etc.) and maintain project documentation.
Help develop and document processes to guide teams through workflows.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including trade marketing, events, Organized Play, and localization.
Identify and mitigate project risks and roadblocks.
Manage communication and documentation for stakeholders at all levels.
Support the Go-To-Market plan for Riftbound products.
Facilitate meetings and ensure action items are tracked and completed.
Qualifications:
3+ years of project management experience, preferably in toys/games and/or physical products.
Experience with licensing, marketing, OP, and/or localization.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in the consumer goods space..
Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or other project management methodologies Asana a plus!.
Experience working with remote, hybrid, and in-person teams.
A consistent track record of delivering in fast paced environments.
Ability to organize, prioritize, and pay attention to details.
Excellent communication skills, open, clear, and highly collaborative
Emotional Intelligence - Ability to negotiate, compromise, and influence in a cross-functional, collaborative environment.
Bonus qualities
Passion for trading card games, collectibles, and the tabletop gaming industry is a plus.
Experience supporting Global licensed brands with localized components
Understanding of consumer goods/manufactured products, as well as pre and post-release support requirements.

Salary: The expected base salary range for this role is $70,000-$85,000
