About the RoleBeigic is seeking a creative, data-driven Global Marketing Manager to shape and execute the brand’s global marketing strategy, from content creation to community building and digital performance.
You’ll join our international team in Seoul and play a key role in strengthening BEIGIC’s brand awareness across our key markets, Asia, Europe, and North America.
Your mission: elevate BEIGIC’s storytelling globally through inspiring content, strong community engagement, and efficient digital campaigns that drive visibility and conversion.

Key Responsibilities1. Brand, Content & Campaigns (35%)- Develop and manage the global content calendar, coordinating product launches and storytelling moments across all channels
- Lead the production of global brand content (photo, video, copywriting) to ensure consistency and emotional impact
- Manage the creation and localization of digital assets for e-commerce, social, and partner use
- Collaborate with the design and product teams to shape a strong and cohesive brand voice
2. Influencer, PR & Community (35%)- Oversee influencer and PR seeding first across US market
- Build and maintain relationships with content creators, press, and brand advocates
- Organize influencer events and brand activations in Seoul and international markets
- Grow and nurture the community on Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn through authentic storytelling and engagement
3. Digital Marketing & Performance (30%)- Manage paid media campaigns (Meta, Amazon PPC; future: Google, TikTok), ensuring ROI and alignment with brand objectives
- Monitor performance KPIs (ROAS, CTR, CAC, conversion rate) and optimize campaigns continuously
- Develop and manage affiliate programs and brand collaborations to expand reach
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure strong PDP content and consistency across digital touchpoints
Profile- 2–5 years of experience in global or digital marketing, ideally in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle
- Strong understanding of brand storytelling, content creation, and digital performance
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, influencers, and content production
- Fluent in English (written & spoken), Korean or other languages (Japanese, Chinese, French) are a plus
- Creative thinker with analytical rigor and attention to detail
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Passionate about clean beauty, design, and brand building
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
