We’re hiring a Localisation Project Manager to join a global entertainment organisation within the Global Content Operations team with the opportunity to work on major global titles.
This role sits at the heart of international marketing campaigns, ensuring trailers and promotional content are successfully dubbed, subtitled, quality checked and delivered across EMEA markets for theatrical and digital releases.
🎯 The Role
As Localisation Project Manager, you’ll oversee the end-to-end localisation workflow for marketing and publicity content across EMEA.
You’ll coordinate across internal marketing and distribution teams, local territory offices, dubbing studios, and external vendors to ensure assets are delivered accurately, securely and on schedule.
You’ll also support a Coordinator, provide regular stakeholder reporting, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to process improvements across systems and workflows.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
🌍 Localisation & Project Management
- Manage dubbing and subtitling workflows for trailers and marketing assets
- Review marketing materials to assess localisation requirements
- Schedule and track asset creation and delivery across EMEA markets
- Liaise with dubbing studios on recording, mixing and delivery timelines
- Ensure adherence to debut schedules for theatrical and online launches
- Create and manage purchase orders and reconcile when required
- Maintain detailed tracking tools across versioned assets
- Troubleshoot delivery and localisation challenges
🎬 Quality & Distribution
- QC and approve original and localised content
- Ensure secure handling of marketing materials and reference assets
- Oversee upload and distribution of localised assets (e.g. Adstream)
- Coordinate simultaneous international launches
🤝 Stakeholder Management
- Build strong working relationships with EMEA local offices and marketing teams
- Provide clear instructions to vendors and territories on deadlines and requirements
- Deliver weekly status reports and updates to key stakeholders
🚀 Process Improvement
- Contribute to workflow optimisation and system enhancements
- Support integration of new project management tools
- Recommend improvements aligned with industry best practice
✅ About You
You’ll bring:
- Experience in localisation, marketing content servicing, post-production, or media operations
- Strong project management skills within media, entertainment or digital marketing
- Understanding of marketing supply chains (digital and theatrical)
- Excellent stakeholder communication and coordination skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage shifting priorities
- Confidence working across Mac & PC systems
- Experience with Final Cut Pro / Pro Tools (desirable)
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
Additional language skills are advantageous.
