Location: London (Hybrid), 12 month contract (extendable)
Industry: Global Entertainment / Media
About the Role
We’re looking for a highly organised, technically fluent Localisation & Operations Specialist to play a pivotal role in how global film and entertainment content is launched across EMEA.
This role sits right at the heart of major theatrical and digital marketing campaigns. You’ll own the localisation and delivery of trailers and promotional assets across multiple territories — coordinating dubbing, subtitling, versioning, QC and distribution with international stakeholders, post-production partners and creative vendors.
If you enjoy being the person who makes complex campaigns actually happen — on time, to spec, and at broadcast-ready quality — this is a role where you’ll have real ownership and visibility. You’ll also support and guide an AdPub Coordinator and help evolve the tools, workflows and systems behind how content is localised at scale.
What You’ll Do
- Own localisation operations for EMEA marketing assets (trailers, promos, publicity content)
- Coordinate dubbing & subtitling with studios, localisation vendors and regional offices
- Manage schedules, delivery timelines, backout plans and quality control
- Partner closely with marketing, distribution and global stakeholders
- Raise and reconcile POs with localisation and post-production vendors
- Track asset usage and versioning across territories
- Troubleshoot localisation, delivery and workflow issues in live campaign environments
- Support the rollout of new systems and continuous process improvements
- Occasionally create in-house deliverables (Final Cut Pro / Pro Tools)
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in localisation, post-production, media operations or creative services
- Strong understanding of marketing content workflows (trailers, digital, theatrical)
- Proven project management experience in fast-moving, deadline-driven environments
- Confident working with international stakeholders and external vendors
- Technically minded (Final Cut Pro, Pro Tools, asset/content systems a plus)
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, calm under pressure
- Bonus: additional European language skills
Why Join This Team?
- Work on globally recognised entertainment brands and campaigns
- See your work go live across multiple EMEA markets
- Play a key role in shaping how localisation is delivered at scale
- Join a collaborative, forward-thinking global operations team
- Real ownership, real responsibility, real impact
